Terms and Conditions

Deposit of £200 required on any vehicle except tail-lift which is £300. Credit cards are required for payment. All quoted charges related to the rental service must be made at the time of booking using your credit card. Your Licence must be presented at time of each hire. All drivers must have held their licence for a minimum of 2 years. Both parts must be shown if a new ‘photocard’ style licence. Drivers must be aged between 21 and 70 but an additional charge of £5 + VAT per day will be made for drivers aged 24 and under.

Additional drivers can be added for £5 +VAT per day and their licences must be presented as above.

The hirer must provide 2 extra forms of I/D showing full name and address (eg most recent utility bills) for every hire.

All vehicles have a mileage allowance of 200 miles per day. Excess miles will be charged. Unlimited mileage rates are available on request.

The minimum rental period is 24 hours, where 24 hours = one day. Late returns will be charged an extra day's hire at the full rate.

Excess on our insurance is £600.

We reserve the right to modify these prices. These terms are not exhaustive and do not constitute an agreement or contract.

We reserve the right to refuse rental without giving reason.
